1 star for the fact that the operators (couple) were nice at the beginning. Of course, after all, you pay in advance. However, how good customer service or complaint management works, the two have probably never heard in their lives. As soon as we came back again because the key did not work and we wanted our money back, especially the pregnant woman became directly passive-aggressive. Allegedly "it is everywhere that you can have a key made up to 3 times". Unfortunately, that is written nowhere. Even upon inquiry, she was just rude, well aware that she or her husband messed up doing their job. The key fit in the lock but could not be turned in any of the doors. Apart from the absolutely ridiculous smiley on it, see photo. There you can also clearly see the differences between the original key - was he drunk when he made it? They demanded 50€ and instead of referring to the advertised right of withdrawal, they became aggressive and condescending. Later, the man and supposed shop owner became abusive, raised his voice and came up with statements like "why don't you go to a lawyer". You must be earning so poorly that you can't refund 50€ for a service not rendered, right? You are liars and crooks! I have never experienced such a disgusting customer service. I advise everyone against this shop - they can act nice at the front, but admitting mistakes and customer friendliness is nowhere to be found here. Better go to a real locksmith who knows his craft!
